Training and development
We have internal trainers, and we also cooperate with foreign trainers from Komatsu factories, who make sure that our employees have in-depth and up-to-date knowledge about Komatsu machines.
Additionally we use the services of external training companies to develop the specialist knowledge and interpersonal skills of our employees.
Co-financing for SportID
We take care about physical activity of our employees – by subsidizing SportID cards that offer access to various sports facilities: swimming pool, gym, fitness, but also dancing lessons and yoga.
