High-quality cone crusher

The machine features a CH430 cone crusher that has choice of six concaves and a variety of different bush settings, making it the most flexible cone crushers on the market.

The CH430 is equipped with the Hydroset CSS adjustment system, which optimises productivity and compensates for liner wear. The previously used hydraulic drive has been replaced with the new direct drive, allowing QH331 to make better use of the power of its engine, which in turn improves the machine’s performance and reduces fuel consumption.

Features and advantages

  • The direct drive serves to increase efficiency and power delivery, allowing to reduce the crusher’s settings and apply various bush settings to increase reduction rate accuracy.
  • Camera viewing the crushing chamber gives the operator complete overview of the situation in the chamber.
  • Metal detector fitted to the feed conveyor provides reliability and controlled detection of metal particles.
  • Level sensor above the crushing chamber controls the speed of the feed conveyor and ensures maximum throughput, reduction and required product shape.
  • Advanced user-friendly PLC control system with colour screen facilitates automated control.
  • As there is no crusher backing required behind the liners, liners can be replaced quickly, allowing the crusher to be operational immediately after a liner change.
  • Easy access to the engine compartment facilitates maintenance.
